This Pistachio cream is made from hand-harvested and kiln-roasted Sicilian green pistachios grown in the area around Mount Etna. Known as the “volcanic” pistachios, they have an intense aroma and a stronger and sharper taste partly due to the volcanic soil from where its grown.
Spread on toast, use as filling for cakes, pancakes and macarons, or stir into vanilla ice-cream or frozen yoghurt for a nutty twist. Or perfect on our panettone!
